WAC 110-300-0166(3)(a): At the time of the site visit the large playroom emergency exit door was locked from the inside. The provider unlocked the door at the time of the site visit. WAC 110-300-0166(3)(c): At the time of the site visit the large playroom emergency exit door was blocked by a small child sized table and chair that was placed right in front of the door. The provider moved the table and chair at the time of the site visit.
